"We were late due to traffic and office was closed after 18.00 Appartment was open, but we had no key, so we needed to leave it open when we went away. Also there was just one packet bedsheets for 2 persons. Took alot time to arrange a second. Next day I was called that they closed our appartment and we could pay for 'borg' at the concierge to get key. Why couldn't we do that the first night already? "Wir haben eine gut ausgestattete Unterkunft, nach Beschreibung, erwartet und auch bekommen. Danke Für das Aprilwetter kann die Gastgeberin nichts :) Es sind viele Wanderkartenmaterialien im Angebot gewesen und die Gastgeberin hatte noch ein paar Infos. Die Ortschaft selber ist sehr ruhig und Gerolstein nur einen Katzensprung entfernt. Wer allerdings einen vernünftigen Kontakt zum App-Anbieter erwartet, ist leider falsch aufgehoben."

"Very clean and nice apartment, but the host monitors the water and heating. We had no heat because he cut it off after the first day. Also, we only had hot water every other day because he cut it off as well. The temperature was in the 30’s at night, and my children and I were freezing. We were so ready to leave. You pay to stay, but you are forced to freeze. Unbelievable!"

"Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub. Die Unterkunft ließ keine Wünsche offen. Vor allem das Relaxen in der tollen Sauna nach langen Spaziergängen war fantastisch. Bei zwei Whirlpools draußen und im Bad konnte man super entspannen. Die Betten waren begünstigt. Die Landschaft in der direkten Nähe zu Belgien war zauberhaft. Die Vermieter habe auf Nachfrage sogar eine Waschmaschine installiert. Vielen Dank nochmals dafür. Einziger Kritikpunkt war der schlechte Fernsehempfang aber wir waren ja nicht zum...

Shower wasn’t properly working (lukewarm water). Location is great. After some adjustments and updates this could be a great property."

"Unser Urlaub in Schönecken war wundervoll! Die Umgebung bot die perfekte Kulisse für alle, die die Schönheit der Natur in vollen Zügen genießen und die klare Luft atmen wollten. Abseits von Lärm und Stadtleben fanden wir hier eine Oase der Ruhe. Besonders für Familien und Kinder war das Feriendorf Reinskopf eine ausgezeichnete Wahl. Die Vermieter waren äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit, und die Unterkunft war hervorragend ausgestattet, mit allem, was man für einen gelungenen Urlaub benötigt....

"Wij zijn met de hele familie een midweek in Villa Elie geweest. Een prachtig oud gebouw met ruime kamers en een heerlijke tuin. De leeftijd van het gebouw zie je soms wel, maar dit draagt zeer bij aan de charme van het verblijf. Door de centrale ligging hoef je niet voor alles de auto te pakken. Grote supermarkt is dichtbij. Voor het inchecken moesten we wel zelf achter een aantal dingen aan (code sleutelkastje, wifi-code). Contact met beheerder was verder prima, hoewel je in een andere taal...

"Fantastic house enjoyed by our family of 10 (3 generations) and our dog. The holiday wasn’t spoilt by the poor weather because the house was great. Lots of space - pool, sauna and games room meant everyone was entertained. Prüm is a nice quiet place and we managed to also catch a brilliant concert which was part of the Prümer Sommer! We also easily drove to Luxembourg for the day. Fab holiday!"
