"The boat was a fun alternative to a house or hotel. The Marina was very peaceful. The boat had lots of room to cook, sleep, hang out. The top deck is large and the perfect place to grill, eat, sunbathe or chill. You can walk all over Sanford from this location. Lots of supplies provided on the boat plus things like humidifier, air purifier, counter ice maker, coffee pot, etc. we really enjoyed the variety of staycation this property offered. "

"We stayed for two nights and had an amazing stay. Easy instructions to find the location as well as entry into the boathouse. Everything was clean and bright. We had a wonderful stay.Great sleep woke up demanateese, alligators, turtles and a variety of fish. We loved the back porch to sit and relax and watch the boats. We would definitely come back for another stay or one of their other properties listed in the welcome manual that was on the counter when you arrive."

"We stayed 2 nights on the houseboat and enjoyed the quiet. WE enjoyed exploring the sweet town of Sanford and at eat a couple really nice restaurants. Plus, went out on the Barbara Lee for a dinner cruise what had a live band. We really enjoyed our time there."
