Hidden Hollow Cottage | 75 Yards To Blackfish Creek

Attractive 4BR Cape home with distant views of the bay is the perfect beach getaway! From the moment you walk through the door, you will instantly feel at home here. Tastefully decorated throughout, natural light is abundant making the home feel light and pleasant.

As you enter through the French doors in the ground level den you can unwind into vacation mode in this sizable upside down (reverse floor plan) home. This comfortable room has a sofa, flat screen TV with cable, ceiling fan and wet bar with sink and small refrigerator.

Head up the stairs where it leads to two bedrooms--a small bedroom with a bunk bed (two twins) and window air conditioner and the master bedroom. The roomy master bedroom has a king bed, ceiling fan and window air conditioner. There is an en-suite bathroom with double sink and shower. The main bedroom also has a lovely sitting area with large windows, skylights, a desk and a daybed with trundle (two twins). A slider leads from the sitting area to the yard.

Another flight of stairs will you two additional sleeping quarters, one with a queen bed and the other with a full (double) bed. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans and window air conditioners. There is also a bathroom with a tub/shower on this level.

The final flight of stairs will lead you to the top floor with spacious living area furnished with comfortable seating and in the evening, settle in to enjoy favorite shows on the flatscreen TV.

Prepare your meals in the gorgeous kitchen, equipped with stainless steel appliances and all you need to make a delicious meal. When it’s time to eat, gather around the dining table for six or dine alfresco outside with ample seating on the deck with distant views of the bay.

Enter through the slider doors and leave the stress behind as this private oasis is exclusively yours to enjoy. You’ll have the option to prepare easy meals on the gas grill, and optionally eat al fresco at the outdoor table.

Nestled on a wooded lot in a quiet area, this property is less than one tenth of a mile (0.08) to the Paine Hollow Town Landing--a wonderful spot to launch your kayak. Enjoy exploring the conservation trails at Fox Island Marsh and the Pilgrim Spring Conservation Area. Just a short ride to the best of Wellfleet--the town's freshwater ponds, bay and ocean beaches, the Cape Cod Rail Trail, the town center and harbor for restaurants, shops and galleries, the Wellfleet Farmers Market, golfing, Cape Cod National Seashore beaches, sites and trails and live shows at WHAT (Wellfleet Harbor Actors Theater) and Wellfleet Preservation Hall.

*Cancellation Policy*

In the event of cancellation for any reason, please contact us immediately followed by in writing. Written notice of cancellation must be accompanied by payment of a $500 cancellation fee to Gibson Sotheby’s International Realty, which may be charged to a credit card. Upon Notice of Cancellation, Gibson Sotheby’s International Realty will endeavor to find a substitute tenant. In the event a substitute tenant is found, monies paid in advance will be refunded, less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due. You herein acknowledge that you will only be entitled to a rebate only if you give written notice, pay the cancellation fee and the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. For your protection, Gibson Sotheby’s International Realty recommends the purchase of Optional Travel Insurance provided by CSA. In the event the property does not rent for the same terms, all Guest payments for the entire agreement amount are due and forfeited to the owner.

Pleasant Stay at Pleasant Point

We loved our stay. The view was a nice surprise & neighborhood was nice with good parking & privacy. The only reason we gave 4 stars for location is because we wish it was walking distance to town, beach, rail trail or harbor — but we knew that going in & were very happy with the rental. Thank you for everything!
