"Great staff very helpful Towel rail and door hook were both broken"

"Staff was pleasant on the face but didn’t provide any service. Asked for extra blanket as the temperature in the room was low, first night we were told that there’s no extra blanket available. "The staff were so welcoming and friendly and the young lady serving us in the restaurant was a star. Super attentive to everyone and nothing was a problem. The building has a fascinating history, lovely place for a stroll around and also a lovely courtyard."

"The parking should not be changed for people staying in the hotel and thier extrator in the bathroom and the flashing of the toilet was difficult to flash. But i made them aware. They were amazing"
