Beautiful cabin & location

The cabin was absolutely beautiful and fairly secluded. The closest visible neighbor was about a quarter a mile away but it never felt like our privacy was impeded. Great amenities and everything you could need was provided! My husband and I had a wonderful experience and can’t wait to visit again!

Forget Me Not was very nice and secluded. They also provided just about everything you would need such as firewood, charcoal for the grill, coffee, popcorn, etc. I would definitely stay again.

Wonderful Cabin!

We really enjoyed the cabin. It's very well appointed. The decks are fantastic as well as the outdoor space. It feels very private. Lots of little touches that were appreciated.

Simply Amazing

Tranquility from. Real world

Cabin is in woods no phone service and just peaceful. Great get away from city life and plenty of nature to take in. Not far from Cave run lake if you like swimming or fishing.

Relaxing & Cozy

This cabin was perfect for me and my family. It was just the right amount of room for us to move about. We weren’t quite prepared for no cell service in the area but we managed. The owners were very helpful and accommodating. If we ever come back we will definitely book again.

Forget me not was adorable! It was comfortable and fully stocked to meet all our needs. It was a little further out from our planned activities, but the drive was beautiful for mid October! Autumn leaves and rolling hills! Gorgeous!

Peaceful Bliss

The property is secluded and in the midst of large trees. The inside was clean and incredibly well-equipped. The outside has several outdoor areas for conversation/cooking. It was exactly what we were looking for. The owners were quick to respond to questions and provided detailed instructions for directions and check in. 10/10

Cabin in the woods/mountains

Very relaxing, enjoyed the firepit, cabin was clean with a very nicely stocked kitchen with everything you would need dishes/pots and pans/utensils/nice charcoal grill with grilling accessories utensils charcoal and lighter fluid, cabin was clean nicely decorated and had the cabin feel to it/authentic/very nicely done, had modern conveniences, nice property, very comfortable without being too booshee authentic to the cabin experience, in my estimation a 10 out of a 10. I would definately stay there again.

Perfect getaway cabin

This cabin is clean, well-equipped and comfortable! My two grandsons and I had a wonderful visit and really enjoyed the firepit, ate too many s'mores! It's a gorgeous area, and a beautiful drive to the Gorge activities. We went underground kayaking, hiking and horsebackriding. If we'd had another day we would've gone fishing. We stayed busy and the beds were very comfortable after active days. The owner is very responsive and accessible. Highly recommend. I'd happily return!

Just what we needed!

Forget Me Not was exactly what two old friends, who hadn't seen each other in years, needed to relax and catch-up!! It was just as advertised - secluded, beautiful, quiet and with a wonderful fire pit. Despite losing power about 11:30 pm on the first night (through no fault at all of the owner), William responded to our message immediately and contacted the power company who came out right away and had everything up and running in just a couple of hours. We could not have asked for a better few days or a more gracious host! Thank you for everything!

Quiet and Secluded

Forgetmenot was so quiet and secluded. We didn't see another soul unless we went looking for them. Everything we needed to enjoy a cabin stay had already been thought out for us. There was wood for the fire, lighter fluid and charcoal for the bbq, even sticks to roast marshmellows and such. Beds were cozy and there were plenty of them, didn't see any bugs or pests... lots of great reading, we LOVED the circa 2018 national geographic collection... Thank you for that especially.

Father and son 💙 memories.

Well after searching for a couple days i finally settled on "forget me not". Me my dad and my best friend Arcana blu my dog spent 4nights up there and could not have been any more pleased with what i had chosen for our time away.the cabin was perfect in every way it had the home feel the drive up was beautiful and the drive to and from the red river gorge area where we did our hiking was just what we wanted. We used the cabin as our base camp and ventured out every day for hiking and site seeing and then returned back to our cabin for just a great evening of relaxation by a great fire pit and preparing for our dinner ,then we would stretch out and reflect on our day and watch Big Foot mysteries on the tv. My dog Arcana blu really came in to her own she kinda found out who she is being up there she absolutely loved this place she ripped and ran and was just a very happy dog for her first big outing like this. My dad was so impressed with what i had chosen and how accommodating this place was for us the easy check in check out was smooth and we want to bring other family members up to share this place with them. All in all this place was absolutely perfect and will definitely be coming back. Thank you William for your emails and a perfect time to make memories with my father!! We have really enjoyed ourselves at the "forget me not" cabin, come check it out and leave it just the way you fount it with a little more love added to this jewl.😊
