There is wood-like vinyl in the den and bedrooms. The master bathroom features a large walk-in shower. The guest bath is a tub/shower combo. There are smart TVs located in the living room and both bedrooms that have streaming services provided. The living room TV console has LED lights that you can control. The house has several tables that have USB, charging ports, or power outlets built in for easy use. There is a small-designated working space located in the guest room. The balcony has a small patio set and it overlooks the old golf course. That has a walking trail, or you can practice on your swing. You can also go fish for bass, tilapia, or snakeheads.
