"Was charged twice for the room. A/C is very loud in the room and hard to sleep Beds are doubles not kings Parking is difficult. Contacting the hotel about changes to the booking extremely difficult. Breakfast was nice not amazing. Overall a very disappointed experience with Accor!"

"The check in was the worst I’ve ever seen. We had to wait 10 minutes outside to get on the phone with a call service that couldn’t help because the staff weren’t available. It took 30-40 minutes of standing outside in the cold before they let us into our rooms."
