Cozy Adirondack Cabin Near Lake George w/ Wood Burning Stove & Lake Access

"The cabin was cozy and idyllic for a restful escape. We were so comfortable and happy. The many thoughtful touches added to the great experience, such as coffee, water, and snacks.We enjoyed making a fire and roasting marshmallows and later watching a scary movie on Netflix. The property was beautiful with a lovely path to the lake to enjoy the pretty view and breathe the clean air. It was a wonderful getaway. We were able to communicate easily with the host who was very responsive. We would love to go back!"

"The family had a wonderful Labor Day weekend, spending the time at the house and with the water, kayaking and canoeing.The home was super clean super prepared for all guests.The owner was accessible at all times in months before our arrival and during our our stay.We highly recommend staying."

"Our family had a wonderful stay at the Windfall Cottage. The cabin has clean, comfortable and well stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The hosts were excellent communicators and made the entire process easy and stress free.We especially love the screened gazebo. It was perfect for a rainy day and helped keep the mosquitoes at bay so we could still enjoy the outdoors. The fire pit was another favorite spot for our family time in the evenings. Traveling with our 3-year-old grandson. We really appreciated having reliable WI-FI and access to the washer and dryer. Those conveniences made a big difference during our stay. The property was peaceful overall and we enjoyed seeing deer and turkeys around the area. Our only minor feedback is that the blue blazed trail was a little difficult to follow in places, and the neighbors were somewhat noisy over the holiday weekend.Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would happily. Recommend the Windfall Cottage to families. Looking for a cozy and relaxing adaronduck. Getaway, we would definitely consider staying again!"

"Self checkin was very easy. Our door would not shut a couple of times but we figure it out .Nice decor Quaint town We had an issue with our AC but they fixed it right away. Bedding was very nice but bed felt like our heads were tipped down The floor was a little sandy. Very quiet area. Every communication was done by text. . We communicated with Daphne and she was wonderful!"

"Leslie and Emily are two amazing women. When we first showed up, we weren’t sure but they showed us around property and as we got to know them and the property as they are very hands on and they are great people. The water tube bed in the Richard Glamp was interesting to sleep on; I did great my husband not so much. Only writing this so you know. The fact that they made pizza for a nominal fee everyday was a great concept as there isn’t much around there to eat. They also do same thing for breakfast. This is definitely a place to unplug; we really enjoyed our stay."
