"Room was great and clean. There were some stains on the towels, but they had clearly been washed. The side door to the hotel did not lock, though the area seemed very safe and the rest of the hotel felt secure. The staff was all very kind and very helpful "

"It would have been helpful to know that access required a full flight of outdoor steps(15). My son has some challenges and I am 78. I was doable, but I would not have chosen the location had I known the limitations in access, and sharing the yard with a lovely dog we were asked not to interact with was OK, but we felt unhappy for the dog. All of the appliances worked as expected."
