We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this property to anyone coming to the Wells area. Quick walk to the beach as well as a close drive to all the shopping and restaurants. The house was clean and had plenty of room for everyone. Beds were super comfy! Thanks again!

The house was very clean and had everything we needed. Plenty of space for my whole family. Hot tub was an awesome amenity as well! We also had to stay late on our last day due to the Blizzard and Richard was able to accommodate our request. Highly recommend!

We had a great time at this 7 Bedroom house in Wells Maine. The house was spotless well equipped and large enough to accommodate our 12 family members. I would recommend this house to anyone who wants to Vacation in this area.

Great space for large family! Very clean with a bonus of AC in every room! Well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, outdoor shower/hose for those sandy toes. Short walk to public access, I recommend a beach wagon and it's no problem. Would absolutely stay here again. Very nice neighborhood.

One of the best beach vacations we have had. The house was large enough to fit everyone comfortably- 8 adults 6 children ages 3-12. Proximity and daily walk to beach was easy, especially with the beach wagons provided. Plenty of extra towels and kitchen items. Many trash bins and easy private pick up of the trash accumulated from a large group. Highly recommend and look forward to returning in the future.

We had a wonderful stay! The house had plenty of space for our family. It was spotless and had everything we needed!! Check in was super easy and anything questions were answers via text quickly. The host and local contact were extremely responsive and super friendly and helpful. The house was a quick walk to the beach in a quiet neighborhood. The hot tub was an added bonus on the chilly nights!! Would love to stay again!! Highly recommend!!

We had our 20 something/ 30 something kids and spouses with one infant for 4 days join us to celebrate a post elopement. We had plenty of bedrooms and the extended table was perfect! Location is amazing … the house with two sitting areas is helpful. Hot tub was a hit on rainy fall days!
