Cozy 1st floor studio condo in the heart of Wells Beach! Incredible sunsets and 3 minute walk to the beach. Big deck on tidal river where guests can relax. BBQ for outdoor grilling and dining on the deck or porch. George Foreman appliance, fridge and two burner stove. Perfect for two adults. Futon is comfortable as well. Beach chairs included. Free parking available in #14 assigned space on property. Arcade, trolleys, boutique, old fashioned general store within 5 minute walk. Summer Breakfast place across the street on Mile Rd. Sit outside on the
porch, have a drink, read and watch the mesmerizing beautiful sunsets. Quiet and peaceful. Enjoy the deck while you BBQ, have dinner and watch the sunset. If you prefer you can enjoy your days going sightseeing in Kennebunkport, Ogunquit and Perkins Cove. Antiquing is offered along Route 1. Fishing spots on the tidal river or surf fishing on the beach is allowed. Dine out at one of the many restaurants in
the area, Billy’s Chowder House, The Steakhouse, Mike’s Clam Shack, The
Maine Diner, The Steak House and quite a few more. Scoop Deck ice cream shop is amazing anytime of day.⁷⁰

Beautiful week in Wells!

My boyfriend and I recently stayed at Marge and Lydia's cute condo by the sea. It was a lovely property with all we needed, including linens, coffee maker, AC (which was great because it was a hot week in Maine), etc. In addition to being clean and conveniently located, it was such a great price! I would highly recommend.

Fabulous Place to Stay in the Center of All of the Action in Wells, ME

You will not regret booking this property! It is a close walk to the beach, beautiful view of the water in the flats, yummy restaurants nearby, city trolly service at the front door, and a coffee shop across the street. The condo is just beautiful and very clean. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud! Private parking place just for you! Owners are wonderful and care about your stay.

Has everything you need. Older but prefect price and location. Clean.

It was clean and had everything we needed. Close to the beach and your own parking spot. That is a huge plus. Needs some tlc but is in overall good condition. Nice caretaker. We were very pleased.

We did not receive the condo we were promised. The air conditioner was broken on our arrival for the hottest week in history in Maine. Which wasn't fixed and we had to leave early after driving 12 hrs. We were reimbursed 1 night.
