Quiet and off the beaten path, nestled in the woods of Wells, Maine, this fully furnished, 2-bedroom vacation rental house is the perfect place to experience the beauty of the seacoast of Maine! Less than a mile from several beautiful beaches and a short drive to downtown Ogunquit, we are located in Beach Dreams, a gated community. Our house comes with ample amenities and comfortable accommodations for 4 and offers the perfect Maine escape for a romantic getaway or a family vacation!
Enjoy an open living room/kitchen, spacious bedrooms, a flat-screen TV to relax and wind out the day. We also offer wireless internet, cable, air conditioning and washer-dryer. (electric heat for those beautiful, cool Fall nights). The fully equipped kitchen and 4-person dining space welcome family dinners and breakfast. We have all the amenities of home!
This house comes complete with a community pool, outside hot tub, clubhouse, game room, basketball, tennis and bocce courts and an exercise room. The clubhouse has a big screen TV to watch your favorite sport as well as a gas fireplace, and a book and video sharing library.

Note! Pool and jacuzzi close for the season on October 15th.

One of the best vacations!
This cottage is wonderful and I’m definitely looking to stay here again. It had everything we needed, extremely clean, convenient to restaurants, shopping, beaches etc. it’s great to be so close to the pool; when we didn’t go to the beach, you could just walk a very short distance and you were back at the cottage to have lunch or if you forgot anything. Doreen was wonderful from start to finish, even let us know the cottage was ready a little early. I cannot think of any negative, we really enjoyed our stay.

The cottage was so quaint. Everything you need plus extras were available in the cottage. The welcoming basket was filled with goodies to cover your cravings for an entire week. Everything was clean and well kept. The area was very quiet which I found to be very satisfying. The owners were always very prompt and very kind in communicating before, during, and after our stay. I give this experience an A .

Cute Cottage
Cute and cozy cottage, as advertized. There to greet us was a beautiful doe, looking straight into our eyes, about 25' in front of us. The cleanliness was way above a 10. Its well organized and the owners have thought of everything. We were so close to Kennebunk Port and Ogunquit and all the other things we wantrd to do. We had an outstanding time!

Summer Haven
I highly recommend this property! Doreen and Neil are a dream and both are highly communicative. The property was perfect for our foursome and exactly as described. It was very comfortable as well as perfectly appointed (and don’t forget the lovely little basket of surprises at check in 😉) The Beach Dreams property is beautifully landscaped and very clean. The cottage is a few minutes to the pool/hot tub/club house where we enjoyed many sunny afternoons. The property itself is a short drive from beautiful Nubble Light and minutes from beautiful downtown Ogunquit. It’s everything you need and more for your perfect Maine getaway. We would absolutely love to revisit this property in the future!

Such a clean and cute cottage!
My family has been coming to Maine for over 20 years now. We have been to many places/cottages and this one is now at the top of our list! One of the cleanest places we have stayed. The hosts are extremely communicative which makes checking in and out a breeze. Our favorite part was the community and amenities. We loved the big pool area with a great hot tub! This cottage is the perfect size for 4 people and has everything you need! We loved the grill as we ate in a lot and loved eating our dinner on the deck with the nice umbrella. The location is great for going to beaches in Wells and Ogunquit. We loved our time here at this cottage and would recommend to anyone! Hope to return next summer!

Beautiful little cottage that has everything for a family beach vacation
Doreen was very considerate and easy to reach. The cottage has everything needed to cook a lobster dinner . I love the washer and dryer in the room. My kids also loved the boogie board for their fun. It was a great experience. We are thinking of doing it again.

Well maintained grounds, pool area and clubhouse. Lots of actives for kids to do. We didnt use the fitness center but it was ckean and well stocked. Gated entry was also a big plus. Cottage was well stocked with everything we needed. Beds were comfortable and we all slept well all week. Hosts were extremely attentive to all of our questions. Very close to shopping and beach. Many restaurants within walking distance. Would not hesitate to book again, loved the area

Coziest Cottage!
My husband and I spent a week here in this beautiful, inviting and cozy cottage. The cottage looks exactly as in the photos, but better in person! We travel several months a year and this is one of the cleanest cottages by far. The beds are comfortable, has a great shower with good pressure, and the towels smell so good, these are things I observe and like to pass on to other guests. There is nothing you need except your clothes! This little cottage has everything, the kitchen is fully equipped, living room has comfortable furniture, games, books and movies. It has washer/ dryer, an iron, ironing board and even a drying wrack. The deck is great, we sat out and had wine, cheese and crackers we bought local. We grilled out several evenings on the gas grill. Doreen and Neil made it easy to check in and out. If there was anything you had questions on they were quick to answer. They know how to make their guests feel special and welcome by a few little surprises they leave! I won’t tell you what they are, you just have to come and stay in this lovely cottage! We also loved being in the gated community, felt safe and was so close to everything. There is so much more I know I have not mentioned but this truly is a treasure and you will not be disappointed! This cottage made me smile it is a Happy place!!! Some of our favorite things we did was Walked the Marginal Way in Ogunquit (is a must) and the shops! Nubble Lighthouse, Lobster Cruise, Portland Head Lighthouse, Wells Beach, Oh Woopie Pies, Lobster rolls,Congdon’s Doughnuts. The only sad thing is we have to leave and I hope we will be able to return. Thank you for sharing your cottage with us. God Bless!

Great spot for a small family
We had a great stay during our week long vacation. The neighborhood is very quiet and good for walks with the kids or riding your bike. We loved the pools, which included a kiddy pool for my toddler and it was just a short walk from the condo. Communication was great about everything! Thanks for an awesome stay.

We enjoyed this 2 BR cottage for a week. Owners were responsive when called. Extra snacks were a plus! Cottages on property were close to each other but the amenities were good. Perfect little 2 bedroom.
Great rental, good experience with owners. All the little details were taken care of by the owners. Close to Footbridge and Moody Beach. Clubhouse gym was nice as was the guest pool. Plenty of loungers and chairs.
