Update---Just renovated with all new flooring, new outdoor furniture, new indoor furniture, updated bathrooms, 2 new full over twin bunk beds and very importantly added a washer and dryer!
---This is a rare beautiful open concept two-family home right on Wells Beach! This listing is the entire home. The home is host to two mirrored units, each with 2 bedrooms (4beds total per side, 8 beds in all) and each with a full bath, an open concept kitchen/dining and living room. A conjoining door allows for the home to be enjoyed in its entirety as a 8 bed 2 bath. The interior is bright with natural light and has been wonderfully maintained. The exterior of the home features on-site parking, a sizeable deck. This stand out property has private deeded beach access and is located on sandy Wells Beach and the restaurants, retail stores, arcade, bakery, microbrewery and so many more amenities that this area has to offer.

Excellent location with plenty of space! It's actually two side by side units with two separate kitchens- we went with our adult children and extended family and plenty of room for everyone.Minutes to everything cool at the beach!

Great place to reconnect
This property has a great location for a family summer beach gathering. The double sided home allowed us to have multiple families stay comfortably, allowing the ideal mix of togetherness and privacy! Wells is a place my wife grew up visiting with her family and this place allowed us to introduce the magic to our kids!

Spacious cottage with ideal location
My family stayed at this cottage where there certainly was an abundance of room for everyone! It had all the amenities as listed and just steps to the ocean! We brought our dog which was an added bonus. We would love to return next year!

Exactly what we needed!
Great little spot so close to the beach. We did a 7 friends “Ladies Weekend “ here and it was perfect. Nothing fancy but clean and comfortable and everything we needed. And the beach is literally across the street. The owner is very responsive. The porch is so sunny and had plenty of room to hang out and relax! Highly recommend this location if you’re looking to enjoy close access to a great beach!

This Wells Beach , Maine home is perfect, Lots of space , the two family makes getting away with a big family or friends comfortable for everyone. Great family house to rent. Location was good.
Great house. The beach was directly across the street which was very convenient. Plenty of room and beds were nice and comfy. Would recommend renting . Lots of different restaurants in Wells, also short driving distance to Perkins cove in ogunquit. There is an arcade and playground that you can walk to for the children. Would recommend.

Location, Location, Location
Certainly every vacation house has a charm all its own, this one is no different, but this one comes with a huge bonus - perfect location. If you’re familiar with the Wells Beach area (and surrounding), then you know staying right down by the beach on Atlantic Ave (close to Mile Rd) is the perfect location. Right across the street is the private walkway to the beautiful beach. The charm of this house is in the style of simple meets utilitarian with ample seating, convenient washer and dryer, and lots of beds. The split-sided house makes sharing the house with family or friends super appealing — full kitchens and bathrooms on either side. Lots of beach chairs and other beach amenities on the side of the house but also on the relaxing deck. Highly recommend!
