"Outside area was filthy. Garden full of weeds The wooden table was missing pieces. The gas barbecue was not there as advertised. Pictures make it look much nicer than it is. My family were very disappointed. They have an electric car charger which is very expensive also."

The house had everything we needed for a cosy and comfortable stay and everything we used was in good working order (oven/hob, wifi, tv, shower). "Our air conditioner didn't work properly which made the room really hot as it was over 30 degrees celsius in Bath when we were there. Front desk staff tried to help but it seemed like the A/C unit just didn't work properly. They offered for us to switch rooms which we declined cause we were only staying for one night and it was already late, but they gave us a fan and a free breakfast which made up for the lack of A/C."
