"Home is split nicely with bedrooms at one end, communal and rec rooms at other. My bed was fine, but I understand there was some discomfort with 2 other beds. There were only 5 of us, and 8 or 9 beds, so they just switched beds and all was good. Easy location to walk to town - 5 minutes to Logan's, Mountain Market and Charlie Johns. In summer I imagine it would be 10 minutes to town beach. Lots of heat dials to customize to each individual preference. Back porch was nice. Spent a bunch of time...

"A cozy little cabin in the Adirondacks! It was a great base for our explorations, and a lovely place to rest when we weren't adventuring! The wooden ADK chairs on the sunny porch and relaxing hammock were favorite spots! Touches like having games, walking sticks, and even a guitar available made it feel like home. Our host was responsive with communication, and all the information and suggestions throughout were very thoughtful. Will keep this on our list of favorites!"

"Simple mountain cabin in remote location. Space in great for a couple or two singles. Property has plenty of elbow room with several other structures spread out across a giant clearing next to a lake. We hiked, swam, kayaked, fished and relaxed and enjoyed the views. We cooked dinner on the charcoal grill, and drank our morning coffee while listening to the birds. Hosts were attentive and chatted with us a few times. "

"We just came back from a 2 night stay at Motel Luzerne and were very happy! Even before we arrived, the hotel staff responded immediately to several questions I sent via online communication. Our room was one of 4 rooms which overlook the outdoor heated pool, which is otherwise fenced off, giving it a more private feel. We got to use the pool a few times, which really enhanced our stay. The lakefront rooms were about a 3 minute walk away, so we also got to spend some time there, enjoying the view and using the paddleboat in the pristine lake. The room was basic and the bathroom and shower (stall) were on the smaller side, but it was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the staff responded promptly when we called to ask for anything. The bathroom lock was a little loose, but someone came to fix it as soon as we asked. Still, the bathroom door sometimes got a bit stuck. We were also able to upgrade from full-size beds to queen size, for the same price, which was nice, since I was there with 3 kids and we were sharing beds. Check-in and check-out were simple and convenient - a code was sent to me by text so we could go straight into our room. Right outside our room (and the other 3 adjoining rooms) was a deck with chairs, which was a nice place to relax. All in all we had a pleasant, enjoyable, and relaxing stay and would recommend this hotel to others who are traveling to the Lake George area! My kids and I agreed that we would be happy to come here again!"

"This is a cute, clean and comfortable cabin nestled in the woods and a very short walk from the edge of Oxbow Lake. The fishing is terrific and you’ll fall asleep to the sound of loons on the water. Susan is very communicative and extremely helpful. The cabin’s kitchen is well stocked with many utensils and good cookware. There really isn’t much you need to bring. There are plenty of linens, soaps, and storage bags.This is a great value and it makes for a very relaxing getaway. I would definitely recommend it to anyone."

"Camp twosome was so beautiful! Leslie and family were so hospitable and welcoming! You have to have the pizza and try the hot tub! The cabin was clean, with a great small kitchen for breakfasts in the morning! The views were spectacular and we even saw a deer walking through the yard one evening! The firepit was perfect for star gazing and smores! We counted two shooting stars and the international space station going over all night! Shower was hot and good pressure and the ease of checking in and out was a breeze! We will be back."
