5/5 - Excellent
BEAUTIFUL SMALL TOWN WITH A LOT OF HISTORY AND NOSTALGIA. GREAT FOR A QUIET WEEKEND GETAWAY.

While Wellsboro Historic District isn't home to many top sights, Green Free Library and Wellsboro Plaza are some notable places to visit nearby.

Always a great stay at the Penn Wells! Paige at the front desk was outstandingly helpful!

Nice little town for a weekend getaway.
I wasn't aware rt 44 wasn't maintained during icy conditions
Very quaint and friendly
It was a cute town with a variety of places to visit. Overall, it was more than what I expected.
The most beautiful, authentic, charming town I've ever seen. It could be the setting of a Lifetime romance movie. Beautiful old buildings, well maintained, and a downtown with real shops (barber, ice-cream/candy, department store, games) and eateries
