"14 of us ages 2-72 had two excellent days and nights in this property. All of us were able to sleep in beds (some sharing) comfortably. There is plenty of fun to be had staying on the property between the basketball court, game room, hot tub and fire pit. Communication with the property owner and manager was excellent, responsive and courteous. We did a hike the Ash Cave, less than 10 minute drive, which was perfect for our group with our wide range of ages and abilities. The second floor loft...
