"Overall we enjoyed our stay. The spa facilities were fantastic however when we arrived we were informed it was open till 10pm. We assumed this was for the whole of the weekend stay however when we went on the 2nd day they were closing. The breakfast was amazing couldn't fault anything. The room was an executive room. It was comfortable but required refreshing as paint was stained. We would return "

"The hotel itself is beautiful and our room was lovely. The shower in the ensuite was really powerful which was a great surprise. Excellent walking distance into town as well, especially lovely along the canal path."

"A very nice hotel with very friendly staff. I only stayed over night. I used the restaurant, the food was nice and the prices reasonable. A big car park at the rear of the hotel, however not as secure for my bike as I would have liked. Overall, nice place, I've booked to stay on my return trip from Holyhead on the 28th June."

"A lovely hotel with excellent staff. Located in the centre of the town. Car parking accross the road at a NCP car park. Not suitable for disabled people as lots of stairs and no lift. Had a shower over the high bath but no bath rail was there to help slipping. Food good and I would recommend this hotel."
