"Immediately walking in we were greeted with low lighting, calm atmosphere and friendly staff. We were a group of 6, 3 adults and 3 children staying for just one night and wished we could have stayed longer. The area around the hotel is so crowded and loud but you feel like you are on a different planet once inside. We had a cocoon 8 room with 2 double bunks. The beds were so comfortable, everything was so clean and the bathroom was top notch!! Once we all came in for the night and turned off the lights the room was dark and we were able to get the best sleep we have had in a week!! If we come back to London we will be staying here again!!!"

We knew the room would be small but it still had everything we needed including black out curtains, air conditioning and toiletries. The room and bathroom were very clean. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Very impressed and would stay here again."
