"The apartment is decorated beautifully. It looks like something out of a magazine. The master bedroom had an enormous bathroom. The wallpaper in the unit is so fun and pretty. The location is perfect for walking to downtown restaurants. Please be aware that you can hear the train whistle from the condo. Also, the sofa in the living room is not a pullout, but it is deep enough to be a twin bed sleeping option. We would definitely recommend staying here!"

WiFi box on floor in kitchen which could cause a tripping hazard. contacted host about issue and no action on her end. Contacted Vrbo and no response yet and it’s been over a week. Ended up leaving early and cutting trip short because of the issues and lack of attention to issues. Never got a refund either. But got cc...

"The condo was in a location convenient to the college and the football stadium. (We even walked the two miles after the game to avoid waiting in traffic). Parking was easy and close. The property was clean, and the beds were comfortable."

We had 6 people stay and we all had plenty of room. The condo is in an apartment complex but no one bothered us and everyone we interacted with was nice. "The property is in an great location if you are attending an event at NC State or the Raleigh Coliseum. It's on the second floor (which I might have missed in the description). However we heard little of the neighbors. The apartment could use a paint freshen but was clean. Beds are really comfortable as was the living furniture. Kitchen could use a few more amenities - as in a spatula, pitcher, mixing bowl - for those who prefer to rustle up a quick meal rather than eat out. "

"We had lived in these apartments (now condos) when my husband was a student at NCSU in 1970-1973. We love to stay in these now condos when we return to Raleigh to visit family in the area. Chip has done a nice renovation on the condo but the outside still retains the 70's vibe. It's a great location for walking to the Village with lots of restaurants, shops and grocery stores. About a 15 minute walk to campus. A nice comfortable home away from home without being crammed in a hotel room. We...
