"Although the hotel is “in” the airport, if you arrive at Terminal B (which most United passengers do) it’s a real hassle to get to the hotel. You have to take a shuttle or two. There were long delays which we would have found completely unacceptable had we been under time pressure. Luckily we were not. Add 30 minutes to an hour to anything they estimate for shuttle service to/from the hotel!"

"The service was great and the room was clean but I had one problem the tv still stay on cable I was look for stream on YouTube Hulu or Netflix access but unfortunately you can’t not access on any on of them that was pleasant for me because I get my news and entertainment on stream platform but it is a beautiful hotel nice balcony view and the pool was good as well."
