Spend wonderful days in a historic building - located opposite Feinkost Meyer. You can reach the magnificent west beach of Wenningstedt on foot in about 15 minutes, Kampen and Braderup in about 5 minutes by car.

Modern and tasteful, with exclusive furniture and numerous custom carpentry fittings, this approximately 46 m² apartment has been lovingly prepared for you. Relax in the cozy living/dining area with a comfortable sofa and flat-screen TV or at the stylish dining table with high-quality chairs. Treat yourself in the small but fully equipped integrated kitchen with ceramic hob and small oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, and coffee machine. The modern bathroom on this level has a contemporary shower with toilet, sink, and towel warmer.

The bedroom is equipped with a cozy double bed (1.60 m x 2.00 m) with built-in wardrobes. A approximately 1.40 m x 2.00 m bed in a cozy niche with "bull's eye" could be used by your child.

The apartment has wooden floors, and the bathroom is equipped with tiles.

There is a parking space in front of the house. A communal sauna area and a utility room with a washing machine and dryer are available for general use by the community.

To start your vacation feeling right away, a made nest awaits you upon arrival: The beds are freshly made for you, and you'll receive two towels, two bath towels, a bath mat, and a dish towel per person. For this, we charge a fee of 25 euros per person (except for children under 3 years). For good health reasons, the laundry packages are mandatory for your booking.

We also want to inform you: A tourist tax is levied on adult guests on the island of Sylt. We calculate this fee with your booking and directly pass it on to the municipality – your guest cards are available in your vacation home upon arrival. For your booking, we charge a fee of 29 euros.
