Service was excellent! Decent room and restaurant was very good as well.
Looks a bit shady from outside but looks can be deceiving! Clean rooms, great food, excellent service and friendly staff is what i found and experienced here! Plus it's a quick walk from the airport and you are able to rent a car from here if you want to explore. The only thing I wish they had was a gift shop or store on site.
Staff are super friendly. Convenient location next to the airport, second best restaurant on the island right downstairs, most modern hotel on the island. Home away from home.
I think that before you offer these accommodations, one of your staff should check it out.
Too expensive and no service.had to ask 2 times for room to be cleaned. Next day no one came.

The L5 is right next to the airport. There’s not much in Chuck so that’s a good thing and a cold shower no hot water wasn’t that good.
Good value, new and clean property, friendly staff
The hotel was clean and relatively comfortable. The mattresses are firm, but not nearly as firm as those I have tried in other places in Chuuk. The staff were very nice, welcoming, and had a great recommendation for dinner. For some reason, two of the rooms, both on the second floor, did not have hot water. The group I was with had people in three additional rooms on the third floor, and they had no problems with hot water. It was an easy walk over to the airport, even with all our luggage. They offered a laundry service that several people used and liked. The omelet at the cafe was good.

We went in to bring in our son for schooling & im glad we reserved to sfay at L5. Very very convenient as it was just 1-2 min drive from the airport. The staff there was AMAZING! From the restaurant staffs to the front desk & house keeping. Outstanding customer service!
Pros: large room, hot water in shower, good shower pressure, near airport, a few small supermarkets nearby, plus a couple of ok restaurant. A couple of reception staff and a guy that seems to do virtually any job are very good. Onsite restaurant staff are friendly and efficient.
Cons: onsite restaurant closed from 2pm on Saturdays and various time during other days. On Saturday, there is the chance of a lift to other restaurants. Our cleaner was pretty awful. Missed us out completely on one day, next day the bed was only half made and towels slung at a railing (and this was in spite of the fave we tidy away everything so that cleaners don't have to do that). On the last day the cleaner start banging on the door and tried let herself at 8am, despite check out being midday and the 'do not disturb' being on the door.
Location wise, if you are diving at Blue Lagoon, it's a bit to far to walk but staff will drive and pick up for 10 dollars each way.
TVs in the room are just for show. Not connected to anything. Cannot even cast a phone screen to them. A member of staff suggested getting an hdmi lead and a laptop to connect (we had neither).
On a tiny island like Weno this is perfect location, right next to the airport.
The rooms aren’t like you’d get in a Hilton, basic & rustic - the remote for the TV had no batteries in it but then when I turned it on there were no channels anyway 😂
But nice touches like a water machine and an extension socket so you could plug everything in to charge.
Bed was super comfy and wifi was really fast.
Granted Cafe Laufer only opened when the owner wanted to (so it wasn’t open for dinner for example) but it was for breakfast and lunch, and benefitted from it literally being opposite the airport for a huge uptick in passing trade twice a day.
The food was excellent and good value too - the omelette’s are wonderful and the pizza was amazing.
Having spoken to friends on the same trip as me (I stopped here after being on a liveaboard for a week before my flight) who stopped elsewhere, they were quite jealous of me in the L5 given the service they got at both the other ‘options’ on the island.
And that is the key thing here - the service is excellent. I checked in super early and they accommodated me without issue. The desk staff were awesome as were the guys in the cafe.

Dining & courtedy staff were excellent. Counter staff, room, and room conditions were less than ideal. For ex. I had red ants in my bed, my door lock was not working well, room service wasn’t up to par.
