Every time it was somebody different (Helen, Jana, Emma Adrian -- the list goes on) and nobody cared for a week to get bedroom light fixed. AC filters are not cleaned so dust bunnies everywhere, nobody clean, also not the kitchen sink. I was also asked to pay 10 Euros for what supposedly free weekly cleaning. I stayed there for over three weeks, great location in Schöneberg, you do hear the U-Bahn but it's OK....
