"We arrived to a warm welcome, We have stayed here before so this was our 2nd stay. The room was lovely, clean and spacious. The staff very friendly and helpful. I do love the way they make your room on request so not to disturb you, you can request extra towels etc if needed if you dont want house keeping. We had breakfast inculded this time, it can get very busy at breakfast. There is a lot of choice and we left full. It would be nice to see orange juice and whole bacon slices instead of bacon bites. The hotel is in a excellent location and near the ubahn. I will definitely stay here again."

"You dont have to go anywhere else unless maybe you are looking for a pool or a massage. The staff is very helpful and friendly. There is an attached wonderful bakery that services the onsite restaurant and the onsite coffee shop. We were attending an expo so we were able to have a nice cocktail and delicious food without having to go back out. You are also only a 12 minute walk to Savignyplatz where there are lots of options as well."

"The breakfast staff were very gracious and helpful. Breakfast options were very well prepared; lots of fresh fruit and coffees. Also, the hotel staff in general were very nice. If I were to suggest improvements-it would be to install a grab bar in the walk-in shower. Because the shower wasn’t equipped with a grab bar, nor any type of anti-slip mat for the shower floor-which was marble and could get quite slippery. Also, the TV remote control was not as useful as most I’ve found in hotel rooms: the “channel guide” didn’t indicate what program was being shown. So you had to keep refreshing the device in order to check out what was airing on the next channel. TV had several different languages- but only a few in English."
