I grew up in Wuppertal and the hotel is located right in the city center. Rooms are modern and very clean. Complimentary breakfast is great (I wish we had this sort of breakfast in the US!!!) and you can watch the “Schwebebahn” while you’re sipping on your coffee. Will definitely stay here again on my next trip.

This was the most luxurious and amazing stay we have ever experienced! The staff was phenomenal ensuring our stay was simply magical! The ambience can not be matched! We were treated royally our entire stay. We will definitely return to this establishment anytime we visit Cologne! We were even able to meet the owner and he was very gracious! Lucked out with finding this one. Close to the train station but yet easy walking to the old town area. VERY clean establishment. Friendly, helpful staff. Substantial breakfast worth the price.

The De Medici Hotel is extraordinary with a fabulous historic art and sculptures thoroughout the historic building. The room well decorated like a fine home.
The food and drink are terrific as is the staff. Willan, Janna and Micheal in paticular treat every guess as royalty with the perfect blend of attentiveness charm and humor. I highly recommended this hotel for your next stay in Dusseldorf.

Staff was welcoming, friendly and helpful. Atrium is amazing. Location right on the Rhine, near the old city and walking zone. Room was very clean. Some items are dated. Fitness center is small and basic but enough to get a workout done. Nice little pool, sauna and steam room. The Belvedere restaurant is very nice with wonderful views of the Rhine and the church. We enjoyed our stay and would return.
