Sehr gutes Management, jegliches Personal sehr nett, Objekt (Haus innen) sehr sauber.
Wir sind „Wiederholungstäter“ zwischen unseren Aufenthalten lagen ca. 10 Jahre. Qualitativ und angebotsmässig hat sich nichts geändert- wie damals alles als gut befunden. Das Einzige, dass wir dieses Mal bemängeln, ist der komplett fehlende Winterdienst. Die Gehwege waren nicht gestreut und total vereist...

schmutzig, alt, kaputt und schlecht ausgestattet
zugewiesene Parkplätze für größere Familienautos sehr eng. Lt. Rezeption nicht tauschbar Wohnung war sehr schmutzig, auf den Heizungen zentimeterdick Staub, im Bad Bartstoppel vom Vorgänger, Boden sehr schmutzig, Küche sehr schlecht ausgestattet, Plastikgeschirr, keine Schere, Terrassentür war defekt und konnte nicht geöffnet werden, Terrassentisch war kaputt (Tischbeine abgebrochen).

Die Doppelhäuser sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen und auch ziemlich hellhörig. Bei der Ausstattung ist aber alles da. Schwimmbad und Indoorspielwelt top für die kleinen. Auch der Bereich mit Kegel- und Bowlingbahn im Keller ziemlich gut. Service war super, an der Schnelligkeit könnte noch ein etwas gearbeitet werden. Die Lage direkt unterhalb des Brocken ideal. Wir hatten eine schöne Woche und kommen bestimmt noch einmal wieder.

Wir hatten mit unserem Enkel einen tollen Aufenthalt. Das Ferienhaus entsprach der Beschreibung. Super Ferienobjekt, vor allem für die Kinder, da sie durch Corona so viele Einschränkungen hatten. Die Rutsche hat dem Zwerg besonders gefallen, auch die Indoorwelt ist sehr schön. Wir haben sehr viel unternommen und auch für unseren begleitenden Hund gab es genügend Möglichkeit für lange Spaziergänge.Wir kommen wieder

Ordentlich und Fair aber Schmucklos, Kalt und Klein...
Ressort Charakter. Eher unpersönlich und eng. Dafür gut organisiert. An einer Hauptstrasse mit zu wenig Parkplätzen. Hab in 5 Tagen zwei Parkzettel bekommen. Plastikgeschirr, kein Ofen. Heizung zu klein dimensioniert. Erkältung bekommen.

Haus sehr schön. Anlage reichlich begrünt. Indoor-Spielebereicht besteht aus zusammengewürfelten Aufblase-Burgen, keine typischen Kletterelemente (Kids waren enttäuscht). Schwimmbad gut.

Sehr gutes Ferienobjekt. Ist weiter zu empfehlen.
Das ganze Objekt ist sauber und in gutem Zustand. Alle angebotenen Aktivitäten sind für alle Altersgruppen (bei uns von 5 bis 67 Jahren) nutzbar und interessant. Hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Ein Mangel war die ungenügende Anzahl von Parkplätzen. Wer eine Unterkunft für sieben Personen vermietet sollte mindestens 2 Parkplätze bereitstellen (Welcher PKW hat schon Platz für 7 Personen?)
