"Had an excellent stay, lovely hotel that was very clean. The bed was great. The Mercure is connected to the Liverpool Catholic Club which has great modern facilities that are beautifully interior designed. Cafe, restaurant, function spaces and children’s playground that is all accessible if you stay at the Mercure. Food is delicious at the atrium and buffet breakfast has a good spread."

"This was a fantastic hotel and was perfect for what I needed. The pool, spa and sauna area was fabulous and loved that the security came and checked in. I felt so safe knowing he was around somewhere. The staff at reception were always so pleasant to deal with and very helpful. Having the shops so close made life easier. Great little coffee shop across the road and the pizza downstairs was delicious! "

"Superior room and bathroom is very spacious, clean and well fitted out with everything we needed. Beds were good. One minor TV glitch stopped it from being perfect. Location as part of WestHQ is such a bonus as well. "

"The lady at receptions was friendly and welcoming and the young man doing the cleaning and other duties was very courteous and helpful. He even offered to carry my heavy duffel bag! The room was neat, compact and comfortable. I really enjoyed this stay. Oh, one other thing - it's is surrounded by eateries - enjoy!!"
