"The unit offered everything to socialise as a family, however there was dirty cutlery and muck under the sofa cushions when I went looking for my phone and old dirty foil in the oven. The master bed was extremely uncomfortable, the twin beds were reportedly comfortable and queen bed downstairs was also reported as being 'brick like'. Overall, the location and being with family all together was great."

"Location was very convenient to the waterfront, cafes and The Grand hotel over the road which serves a delicious pub dinner. The living room is airy with a coastal feel which we found very relaxing. We would definately stay there again."

"As per title...the only negative was the lack of windows in the bedrooms and the general lack of natural light in the flat due to it being a basement flat. This was not specifically mentioned and not easy to spot on the photos. Had we known about it we probably wouldn't have stayed there."

"Awesome location close to main attractions in kiama walking distance to the beach, the blowhole, supermarket, shops and didnt need to worry about the traffic when leaving the fireworks on new year eve jusy walked back less stressful. "We disliked,the loudness of the music from the bar area. It seemed to be being played for the staff as it was observable from our room that there were no customers from time to time. The loudness, up to 10pm, showed scant regard for people staying at the hotel. We don’t suggest it be turned off but that reasonableness leads to it being turned down to an acceptable level that does not overly annoy others staying at the Sebel."
