Stayed for the night during a multi-day car trip. My experiences are limited to checking in, taking a shower and sleeping. The hotel was very clean, the room was spacious and clean. The hotel employee spoke good English and was helpful. I would absolutely come back again.

One of the cleanest hotels I have been to. I travel to +-30 hotels per year and this must be one of the neatest and cleanest hotels I have stayed at. Service was great, very friendly receptionist. Definitely recommend

Avoid this hotel at any cost!!! No-one was at the reception and automatic check-in kiosk didn’t work. It took 2 hours to get someone on phone and extra 30 minutes to some drunk guy to arrive and as extra, he didn’t know how systems works and blamed anything on customer . Very unpleasant service! Expedia should remove the place from their list of hotels.

Ich war im 1. OG untergebracht. Leider schlägt die Tür zum Treppenhaus derart laut ins Schloß, dass davon die Nachtruhe sehr eingeschränkt wurde. Dadurch wurde ich auch morgens außerordentlich früh geweckt. Das sollte dringend geändert werde. Ansonsten ist es ein nettes Hotel.

Kein 4 Sterne Hotel aber für Übernachtungsstopp ok Praktische Lage direkt an der Autobahn, Zimmer zur Autobahn bei geöffnetem Fenster laut. Hotel war scheinbar kaum belegt, Parkplatz (5€) fast leer. Trotzdem wurde mir ein Zimmer zur Autobahnseite zugewiesen. Outletcenter in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.

Ich kann nur sagen ich habe falsch reserviert und bin ins Hotel gekommen und ob ich an den fehlern schuld war..... alle Probleme wurden sofort für mich gelöst und ich hatte ein Traum Zimmer zum Preis vom gebuchtem Tag. . Ich sag ganz lieben Dank... ich werde immer wenn ich in der nähe bin bei euch schlafen.... besser geht echt nicht mehr!
