"As I check in I make online reservations in Expedia , the staff told me they don’t accept Expedia but they will talk to them, the room I reserved was way different then the one they gave us, there is no partial ocean view, Good and caring customer service , 7.5/10"
"The place needs a lot of investment and renovation. Pool is out of use. The restaurant is just OK. Food is not impressive. The breakfast buffet when offered is poor. Yet you can order omelet and toasted bread. Very nice people, ready to do the extra mile for you but English is a challenge for almost everybody. My room was very small but I had mosquito screen in the window. No A/C. Fans available upon request. Shower extremely small, yet full toiletries supplied. Overall it is a good value for the money."
"Room had a lot of Roaches , then they changed our room and gave us a different room but it also had a few Roaches . I didn’t feel comfortable, it was late so we stayed one night but the next morning we immediately checked out and went to another hotel . Unfortunately I didn’t like the stay , we didn’t even eat the free breakfast because of the roaches "
