"We love this place"

"We stayed over memorial day weekend and had a great time. There were 4 of us and a dog, yet there was plenty of space to spare. The back porch backs directly up into the woods, and I kept trying to catch glimpse of sasquatch to no avail. The home had abundant towels and blankets, which was a nice thing to not worry about especially when swimming at the lake and having to shower multiple times. Do beware of the GPS, which tries to take you to an adjacent property. There are signs posted telling...

"The cabin was nice and very clean. It has an awesome big screen porch. A nice quiet place to go to get away."

"Overall, this property is exactly as listed. It’s in a great location. The only issues we had were lack of toilet paper and paper towels and the cleanliness of the hot tub and back deck. There is a lack of water pressure in the shower. Nathan was very responsive when we contacted him. He is a new owner of this property, so hopefully this review will help him address easily corrected issues."

"My friends and I planned about a year in advance to stay within the path of totality and finding this cabin was a godsend. Not only was the house fantastic, but the view was absolutely stunning. For the eclipse, we lucked out and got great weather to take in the once in a lifetime event with total privacy. "We were extremely happy with this rental - the cabin was clean and the giant screened in front porch with three big nice rocking chairs was perfect and where we spent much of our time. The sheets and blankets were of higher quality than usually see at cabin rentals and this made everyone have really great nights of sleep! The location is gorgeous with beautiful hills and nature around. The owner was extremely communicative and responsive. We will definitely stay again if in the area, loved it!"

The area was quiet and we even had a couple deer come within 20 feet while we were on the front porch. We did as much as we could in the area for a short stay. "This property is absolutely perfect! The cabin is adorable and comfy. The bedding is great the recliners are perfect for a short nap! We didnt use the hottub but it looked clean. This couple has thought of all the things you might need when you stay in this cabin. Everytime i turned around i saw something that just made sense.
