I like the hotel just it need some upgrades

The room was clean and smelled fresh. Staff was friendly and quick in service.

Property is conveniently located to many local attractions. The rooms were nice and clean. I canceled my Marriott booking and gave this a try, and I was not disappointed. Saved me hundreds of dollars and I enjoyed my stay!!! It was a win, win!!! Customer service was also great and accommodating, even with my late check-in time. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone traveling with family or friends.

This property was a big surprise for us It was so much better than I thought . Having the oool and a fridge in our room was perfect The space was clean and the breakfast was good. And Bobby was fantastic in helping us with any issues and getting Taxis. But the best part is at night . All staff are great, especially the Front desk staff

Service was great.

The owner and staff was very courteous and helpful. The hotel was comfortable, clean and the water pressure was excellent. Thank you Bel air Hotel will visit again soon.

The breakfast staff generally were very nice except for one morning there was a male chef making the omelets and he seemed angry and didn't want...

A hotel with a very good location, affordable, clean, and pleasant. The best thing was the staff was very friendly and willing to help at any time.

I had a really good stay. The staff was very friendly and attentive.

Outstanding Customer Care We stayed here for a full week and it became our home away from home. I was glad to be a bit outside of town, and it’s an easy and affordable taxi ride into the heart of Georgetown. The hotel is only 5 minutes from Ogle airport where the flights to Kaieteur Falls depart. That was extremely convenient. The falls are a must do! The hotel grounds and rooms are extremely clean. The air conditioning in the room works spectacularly. The beds are very comfortable and...
