The tv in room wasn't working for stay. As well as the room being disabled an on 2nd floor was too much with no extra accommodations.

We’re a family 10 (7 adult and 3 kids) the place is ok, but needs Air Condition in the living areas upstairs and downstairs, also needs hot water take showers. The gate at the house need a lock. We past several times in the day and they was not guard at the mail entrance gate.
