"You can leave your luggages in the lounge before check-in and after checkout. We stayed in a Classic Double Room, which was the most affordable one. The listing should be clear on NOT-en-suite in this room as the pictures looking like en-suite. The entire room was also different from the pictures. It was a bit tight and small but fair enough for the price. The front door keypad was not user-friendly, which made the checkin experience worse. However, the staff was kind on the phone. Overall I didn’t feel “excellent” as expected from the reviews but if you look for affordable and clean rooms, I’d recommend here."

"The room was very clean, as was the bathroom, bedding and towels. Lovely big double windows gives plenty of natural light. A big built in wadrobe/cupboard gave plenty of storage space for clothes etc. An iron, heater, fan and hair dryer were all provided. The only thing that could possibly be improved is maybe some extra milk, it wasn't too much of an issue as I was on my own. However, im sure if I had asked the staff would have been more than accommodating as they were all very helpful and friendly."

"Staff were kind and friendly. Food was good in the bar but over priced. My room was grubby, the bedding and bathroom were clean but there was dust and dirt on the ledges and windowsills. No shower gel in the bathroom either. I was also above the kitchen there was lots of banging about outside and a constant humming/droning from what sounded like extractor fans. This did stop around 9pm but then started up again at 10pm. It was really quite loud, I could still hear it when I had my headphones in. I was charged twice, payment taken by expedia and by the hotel. I have been advised that the hotel have refunded my payment but nothing showing yet. It is such a shame this beautiful building is being left to deteriorate but not spending money is one thing, there is no excuse for it not being cleaned properly."
