"Stayed for 4 days of fishing. We loved the location, the appearance of the house and there was plenty of parking space for 2 trucks and 2 boats. All instructions were clearly communicated. House was clean and well stocked. All the necessary kitchen items are there. The lake is beautiful and if you are a fisher-person there are plenty of fish waiting to be caught. The ‘Queen and twin’ in the upstairs bedroom are bunk beds which was a bit of a surprise but we made due. Would definitely stay again."

"Gwen and Larry were excellent hosts from start to finish! The property was everything as described, plus more. The communication with the hosts were direct and speedy with responses, an attribute that made our weekend even more enjoyable! From the cute landscape surrounding the cabin, to every aspect inside that was available for us. I look forward to hopefully making more trips back to this quaint destination for an escape from the hustle of Jersey!"

"I wasn't sure what to expect of the Seymour Lake Lodge when I booked it on Hotels.com. Was I pleasantly surprised! It is an old converted farmhouse, with tons of character, and all the modern conveniences. The room was adequate and comfortable, the view of the lake was stunning, both from my room, and the large front porch! A huge yard for walking my dog. Had lengthy conversations with the property manager and another guest. One of my most memorable stays."
