"We managed to be lucky enough to book this cabin just as all of the leaves turned so it was like being in a painting. The land is beautiful to walk and the views are amazing. The cabin itself is very cozy and has great character. The kitchen was very convenient and I loved cooking on that stove, and the bathroom was clean and well kept as well. It was great to unplug, read, and relax for a while. Hopefully we will be able to go back again."

"We loved this property: On the trails, close to the village, the open floor plan allowed us to all interact, the huge deck was great for hanging out! We loved the fire pit and the entire laid back "Cabin"! This is a perfect place to stay if your a rowdy, beer drinking group of MTB'ers! We have stayed in over 10 properties in East Burke every September and this was one of our favorites!!!!"

Taking the paddle boat out on a half-frozen pond, as we waited for the eclipse, was big fun with the 6-year-old. "We had the most amazing stay at the beautiful cabin on Holland Pond. The property is very private and offers a lot to do between the amazing game room and kayaks and other lake gear. The views of the pond and the mountains are absolutely breathtaking. The cabin, bunk home, and game room were all very clean and stacked with everything needed for a comfortable getaway! This is by far the most beautiful place I have ever stayed at and already can’t wait to return."

"Stayed for 4 days of fishing. We loved the location, the appearance of the house and there was plenty of parking space for 2 trucks and 2 boats. All instructions were clearly communicated. House was clean and well stocked. All the necessary kitchen items are there. The lake is beautiful and if you are a fisher-person there are plenty of fish waiting to be caught. The ‘Queen and twin’ in the upstairs bedroom are bunk beds which was a bit of a surprise but we made due. Would definitely stay again."
