The owners responded to my questions very quickly and made any instructions on access tot he room very easy to understand. It was also nice to have a luggage drop off room to store our bags before we could get into our room. Definitely going to stay here again!!! "

"The property was better than expected. The owner allowed us to check in early. Parking is an issue but you’re downtown. We parked a few streets over. Super safe and adorable neighborhood. Uber anywhere is pretty quick and easy. If ever we come back to Philadelphia, I would definitely be booking this property again."

"We really liked this place. It was extremely clean, updated, and decorated well. It is rather small but was sufficient for our one night stay. The location was good and easy to get downtown. Parking out front is only two hour parking 8 am-10 pm but there is free parking any time a block away. One word of caution, they require a deposit for incidentals that you must send via Cashapp or Venmo for them to send you the entry code. "This is the nicest VRBO we've ever stayed in. It feels like it's just been remodeled. Very clean, stylish, perfect. We each had our own bedroom with its own ensuite bathroom. So convenient. The upstairs living room and rooftop patio were fantastic. I wish the weather had been better so we could sit outside. It's situated on a street with a lot of restaurants but it was surprisingly quiet at night. Great apartment. Looking forward to coming back!"

There is a brewery with good food right downstairs in the same building and they have a beer garden/gated patio area. The rooftop terrace is only accessible until until 5pm, we were the only ones on the rooftop on a Friday around 4:30pm. "14 of us stayed here for a secluded bachelorette weekend in nature and it was truly a dream come true. The home is beautiful and comfortable for a large group, it didn’t even matter that it rained the entire time! We even canceled some of our day plans to stay and enjoy the house.
