"I was not happy that they had a Halloween party at the hotel on Saturday night which was very loud and when I came back in the evening the parking lot was absolutely overflowing with cars and I could not find any place to park. As a paying guest I should have had access to park. I complained to the front desk but they just said they were sorry but couldn't do anything about it. I was very upset about the situation and think more should have been to accommodate me or give me some credit for my inconvenience. The hotel seemed more concerned about the party patrons rather than the paying guests."
