"Rooms were very dusty. Chair in Room had a big hole in it not usable. The place looks very run down. Dirty carpets. Bathroom. Toilet dirty. Bedding had stains. Kitchen filthy could t bring ourselves to eat the breakfast or ha e coffee there. The woman inn keeper looked. Felt sorry for her. Unfortunately I would not recommend this place."

"the person who checked me in was very rude...and when I departed they resisted giving me a receipt because she said "I already gave you one when you checked in" (which I had misplaced) as if they did not know how to RE-PRINT the receipt, plus isn't check-out is when you are SUPPOSED to get a receipt?....and finally, there were only 2 electric outlets and one of them did not work so I had to unplug stuff just to charge my phone..."

"Was clean, didn't smell weird and was exactly what we were looking for, just a place to sleep while our home was being repaired, no complaints at all."

"Our eighth stay at the BRI. We prefer the huge M1 and M2 suites in the main building. They are a steal — two very large rooms, one of them a screened in sitting room. Lucas is a gracious host, and all of the staff work hard to please guests. The nearby Old Inn on the Green in New Marlborough, MA offers one of the best fine dining experiences in New England. The Yale Chamber Music concerts and Music Mountain are our major cultural attractions."

"This is a large inn in a remote rural area. I spent three nights in the inn. My biggest complaint is the food service. There’s a restaurant affiliated to the Inn. The food options are very limited. I ordered six chicken wings and found out inside the wing is cold and the wind is not even fully cooked. It took them some time for the replacement. This time they did it right."

"I stay at a lot of hotels in my line of business. This is absolutely the worst most disgusting hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Luckily, I made a reservations for another hotel not far away. I suggest nobody stay at this hotel. I should be refunded."

"This is a charming boutique hotel, and everything important is new. The staff members were upbeat and helpful, and the woman who runs the complimentary breakfast is superb. There are ample EV chargers in the parking lot adjacent to the hotel. We are recommending the Abner to friends and family."
