Clean, cute, a little quirky

This place was cozy and worked well for just me. A couple of quirks like a light switch to nothing, but I overall enjoyed it and would stay again.

Always amazing

Very clean. Beautiful decorated. Loved the Halloween touches. The pumpkin cake was perfect for a morning snack. The location is great for LBI but easy to catch a bus to NYC. My 2nd time and I will be backwill be back.

My first time using using this site.but eveythring was great. I had a little trouble with the door code but it was resolved. Peaceful .Had a shared bathroom but never a problem. I will make a return visit

Unfortunately last time Expedia cut off my review so I was unable to rave about what a great host Dawn was. She has really put in an immense effort to take the Vrbo/Airbnb experience to the next level by transforming her home into an operational b&b experience for her guests. With prices on LBI skyrocketing in recent years it’s hard to find quality and affordability anywhere. Dawn has combined both and added hospitality and care as well. Do not hesitate to book!
