Great beach house, steps to a flat sandy beach! Nicely updated, this duplex home offers three bedrooms and one bathroom. Mini split air conditioners provide ample comfort (located in each bedroom and the living room). Enjoy the front or rear decks, enclosed outdoor shower, and gas grill. This is the perfect spot to spend a week (or two!) on the Cape! Please note, home offers streaming services only.

Nearby restaurants include the Lighthouse Cafe, the Sand Bar, Good Friends Cafe, the Summer Shanty, Paradise Pizza, O'Shea's Olde Inn, and the "don't miss" Captain Baker Donut Shop!

Great beach location!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a great little cottage with close proximity to the beach. The only complaints were some of the mattresses need to be updated and the coffee maker did not work. You can't beat the location though. It's just a short stroll on the beach to Lighthouse Inn where you can get drinks and food. Would definitely stay again.

Other side were my three children with their significant others, My son even proposed and the back yard was a great place to celebrate!!! Size, location, cleanliness and all the units had to offer was awesome! A dryer would have been the only item that would have made it perfect! But not sure where it could go. We will definitely rent it again when we know dates!!
