"We absolutely loved this spot!!! we were attending a wedding just a half a kilometre away and this location was perfect! The amenities and everything that was available to us was excellent!!! they even had toothbrushes with mini tubes of toothpaste!!!! such a great thing if you forgot your own!!! the bed was super comfortable and the coffee was excellent!!! when we have to stay in Lunenburg again this is gonna be our first choice!!"

"Place was really spacious, amazing living spaces and out of this world views. Access to kayaks was a great treat. Enjoyed location just outside of Lunenburg and lots to do. Unfortunately weren’t able to get the TV to work and some appliances were finicky to get operating though nothing that would keep us from coming back. The place had so much to offer and was a nice place for a relaxing weekend getaway!"

"We had a really pleasant stay at The Homeport Motel. Our room was clean and there were unexpected amenities like a towel warmer. It is also a really peaceful environment which made for a comfortable stay and restful sleep. Only thing I would add is maybe adding play structure on the property for kids. Tranquil setting and the cove is great for kayaking and swimming. 10 minute drive to Lunenburg for shops and restaurants. Frank was great at keeping in touch. We loved our time here and would definitely come again!"

"The house is amazing and is in such a beautiful setting. Everything you would possibly need is provided, including a large pot just outside the door with fresh basil, parsley, and mint, as well as blackberry bushes on the property,. Gordon,our host, greeted us when we arrived and explained everything to us. He even took us for a sunset boat ride. Just a warning that the stairs to the bedroom are challenging if you have mobility issues."
