Supposedly the leak occurred the prior night yet no one notified me, which left me scrambling to find alternate lodging. That put a damper on the beginning of our London journey and caused us to pay additional money for last minute accommodations. "

The original booking said that one parking space was included, but this was not the case and was not communicated to us very well at all. In fact the owner told us we could unload our car by the door and then move the car to a public car, what they didn't say was that we would get fined if we parked too long! As the keyholder did not turn up for half an hour, we have been told that we will be fined. ...

"On arrival entry via the key app was easy, the apartment was on the top floor and has a balcony overlooking a leafy street behind and the railway. This was lovely and we did make use of it. Rooms were spacious and we found it easy to use the facilities. We did report some food left behind in the cupboards which was a bit messy. We had the same issue as the other reviewer with the shower not draining, after my daughter showered I had to wait 40 minutes for the shower to drain as we were worried...

"We had wonderful stay in Ealing Green property. Walking distance to a train station, many food markets, restaurants, shops. Very friendly people and amazing weather made our stay even more enjoyable and memorable. And apartment is also very comfortable equipped with everything. I would recommend and myself would return to this place again."
