"Top-tier! Simply overwhelmed with how superior everything was! The property was lovely, the staff communication before and during the stay was exemplary. The information & service provided ahead of time was unmatched to any type of experience I’ve had for any vacation - basically your own concierge service. It all exceeded expectations! We can hardly wait to return! As a note- be sure you understand how the house is set up. Main level but then stairs to 2 of the other bedrooms. (One in basement area & one up top. Not an issue for us, but serious steps. Well worth it…"

"Quiet time of year. Very relaxing. Great location. I had an amazing massage at the spa. Front desk staff were so very helpful. Our room was spotless! A few of the breakfast staff lack enthusiasm but evenings at the restaurant very good staff and food. One thing to watch out for. We were offered car service to ferries and restaurants and such by the hotel but were not made aware of prices until we checked out. The service was excellent but prices were exorbitant! "

"From the moment we walked in to Limeberry Villa we were ecstatic about the location and home. Beautiful views, clean, and well-appointed. Jon and Jubi were extremely quick to respond to our questions and needs. We had one incident when an ac unit froze up in a BR and Jubi was there to fix it within 90 minutes. The location was great as well with multiple restaurants within a 15 minute drive. Highly recommend this villa. "

"The house was amazing and exactly as it was on the listing. You can't beat having a house with your own beach to just stroll right out into the crystal clear ocean. We rented a car so we could venture out and venture out we did. Smugglers cove was great for snorkeling as was Brewers Bay. You could snorkel right at the house, but it's mainly grassy so not many fish. I highly recommend renting a kayak and paddleboard for venturing out over the beautiful can water. Ivet was wonderful and answered any questions along with recommendations on where to eat. We pre-ordered groceries and she has everything out away and ready when we arrived. It was a wonderful vacation, beautiful house, and definitely hard to leave. We highly recommend this place for the relaxing vacation of a lifetime."

"If you are looking for a convenient, quiet location (except for the local rooster) that is literally a stone’s throw into the ocean then look no further. Communication with the owner and the property manager was super easy. Val (property manager) refused to let us schlep our bags up or down the stairs on our arrival and departure. He was easy to reach when there were any questions. Falling asleep to the crashing of the waves was the cherry on the top!"

"We came as a group of 4 family/friends to enjoy the BVIs. We rented both High Tide and Spring Tide. The units were in a perfect location right on the beach. Val was there to help us at arrival and was always within a text to answer any of our questions. The units were clean and comfortable. We loved hearing the constant sounds of breaking waves. We highly recommended the Tides."

"Caroline was a great host and easy to communicate with. Property is very close to Long Bay Resort (albeit, a bit uphill). Would 100% rent here again. "
