"Check in was easy. Location was great. Away from the craziness of the hotel area, the beach was a quick 2 minute drive, and shopping and restaurants were just ten minutes away. There was plenty of room for us all to be comfortable."

"Small multigenerational family trip midweek. About a 15 minute drive to beaches. Walk a few hundred yards to wade fish. Like the stock pond pool for cooling off with the baby. House was great for our small group. "

"This property was perfect for our group of 12 graduated seniors (17 total people). The ability to stay together in a 1.6 million house that met all of our needs was priceless. They swimming pool and the fire pit were popular hang out spots for the group. The patio furniture is really nice and sturdy. The kitchen is huge. Huge. We enjoyed the large refrigerator and the ice machine in the bar area. Our group was just able to fit around the large dining room table with additional chairs pulled up. These moments were my favorite of the whole trip. The beds were comfy and the extras were nice too: the pool table, ping pong table, the video game, all the smart TVs. There has been some wear and tear on the house from previous guests, but that's to be expected, I'm sure-- nothing that changed our attitude about our stay. Items to remember, as with all vacation rentals, if you want more towels, bring them: bath, pool, kitchen, dish rags, hand towels, etc. And one peculiar note about the kitchen: there are at least 5 colanders but 0 storage bowls or mixing bowls. If you're planning on a lot of scratch cooking, bring bowls. Overall, we loved this place. We would definitely return given the chance."
