"5/5 – Convenient, Clean, and Perfect for Families
We had a great overnight stay at Premier Inn Heathrow Terminal 4. Check-in was quick and easy — which we really appreciated after a long travel day. The room was ready with an extra bed for our daughter, and everything was clean and comfortable.
The location is ideal if you're flying in or out of Heathrow. We loved that transport between the hotel and terminals is free for guests staying nearby — super convenient when traveling with a family....
"Perfect great staff. Food was very good breakfast was very good and it starts at 7am.
WIFI was good and plenty of free parking.
The rooms are not the biggest but they have everything you need water, coffee, tea, chocolate ,biscuits ,iron, tv. hair dryer, Fan and even a gun safe.
100% I would stay here again "

"Small room, very clean with coffee/tea making facilities and complementary bottled water. Right in Terminal 3 so very convenient as we had a 6.55 flight. Toiletries, clean white towels provided at a great price. "
"The property in itself is really nice and updated. Staff are also nice and welcoming. However, the pillows are really poor quality and the remote control of the TVs just does not work as it should. Overall, I would stay there again, but bring my own pillow?"
"للاسترخاء فقط ، الي يحب المشي في وسط الطبيعة ممتاز لممارسه رياضة المشي في الهواء الطلق بين المسطحات الخظراء ، السبا ممتاز في خدمات المساج ، الكوفي والمطعم جيده ، في خيول و بقر لكن البحيرة توجد ولا تستطيع الجلوس عندها لانها غير مهيئة للجلوس تحيط بها الأعشاب مرتفعه جدا ، انصح اي احد يبي يبعد عن لندن والإزعاج يروح استرخاء فقط جلسه الكوفي وقت الغروب خيال حدها ثلاث ليالي ، انا قضيت هناك ليله واحده فقط بس لو جلست يوم ثاني عادي حلو المكان بس اكثر اتخيل أمل منه"
"Nice small hotel near Heathrow T5. Both local bus and coach bus options to get to the airport. Breakfast buffet had many options. Rooms are not totally soundproof. We could hear our neighbors, both above and next door but that did not prevent us from having a good sleep."
"Amazing welcome. Nothing was too much trouble. Excellent facilities, service, food and beautiful room. Bags in room on return from visit to Hampton Court. Highly recommended."
"The hotel and services were excellent and the grounds and scenery were stunning - beautiful views every where you looked, . The staff were brilliant, extremely pleasant - very attentive and personal. We experienced a slight miscommunication between the hotel and spa on our last day, but the staff at the spa did their best to accommodate. Would highly recommend both hotel and spa for a relaxing break."
