"Once again our stay at Holiday Inn Vanderbuilt was comfortable. Unfortunately, the shuttle was frequently a bit delayed or full so we used Uber. We do like the proximity to the Local, 51st Deli, and two Starbucks options. "

"Some of the things like chairs in waiting area are awful used and could be replaced. Laundry room leaked water all of the floor. Pool outside was so cold could not use and was not cleaned regularly. No popcorn and no water available when arrived. Had to pay $100.00 for parking at the Hilton. We never pay for parking but this location does not own the parking lot. The staff was very very friendly. "
