"We had a great stay at the Westin, the staff was beyond friendly and helpful. The resort is beautiful and well maintained. We did get locked out of room and had to have the IT come in and reset the lock but even then they were so kind, quick and efficient."

"Our stay was great except of the sargassum on the beach which gave out foul smell. We all understood it was nothing the hotel could do about it. There were gold carts available to take us up in down the hills of the property which was great. Over all we enjoyed our stay."
