"The only issues we had was no grill but it was resolved over night. The bedroom up stairs next to the master has really loud wind noise when the door is closed that can be heard in both the bedroom and living room. A simple vent in the door would resolve that issue. It’s the a/c fan pressure making the noise. "

"We enjoyed our stay overall. The pool was fantastic, and it is a very dog friendly space. The listing mentioned and showed games, but we didn't see them. We did have an issue with the smoke detectors. The batteries went out in 2 of them in the middle of the night. I contacted the property manager via emails at around 4:30AM, and they promptly responded. No resolution was made, but the attempt was helpful. Eventually the intermittent beeping stopped, and we were able the get a bit more...

"This was a comfortable spacious home for us to enjoy Galveston and the beach. Great screened in porch and a new oven. Beds were comfortable and we enjoyed our stay."

"First- you can hear and see the ocean from the property which makes the property location amazing. Communication was clear and helpful throughout the stay which was so helpful. The house has cosmetic issues like broken drawers, old king size bed that makes for a rough night of sleep, bathroom drains that don’t work, and kitchen countertop and drawer issues. Honestly if the bed was replaced - the location would be enough for me to stay again."
